Monthly New-Hire Training

Purpose

To provide dealers with a cost effective sales and product training program specifically designed for automotive sales consultants. This program is designed primarily for someone that is new to the industry, but would also benefit someone in their first two years of sales if they are a below average producer or lack product knowledge

COST SAVINGS APPROACH

The cost is shared by all the participating dealers so individual client dealers don’t have to incur all the cost for instruction as a single dealership. This makes it possible to obtain training each month, even if only one person is hired at a time. We are a local company so no travel/lodging costs are being passed on.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Your dealership will provide its own individual sales candidates for a pre-scheduled 5-day sales training class. The five day itinerary would be from 12:00 – 4:30 Monday thru Friday. These classes would be held each month so the next class is never more than a few weeks away.

SALES TRAINING

This customized training curriculum is tailored to the sophisticated customer base found in the Washington region. A major session on justifying trade values and the art of negotiating a deal complete with role play and take home study guides separates this from the one-size fits all training that is marketed nationally. Students will have take-home assignments each night to re-expose them to what they learned during class to ensure that the information becomes their own.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY TRAINING

Students will learn about today’s automotive technology that today’s customers have questions about, such as:
Four-wheel drive systems: The various types and how they differ from All-wheel drive systems;
A.B.S based technology such as traction control, tire pressure monitoring systems, and stability control systems;
Safety technology: rollover protection, understanding crash testing, differences in air bag systems, L.A.T.C.H. and more;
Vehicle architecture: Body construction, engines, steering, suspension, and drive systems.
